Summary

Michael's practice includes Real Estate, Municipal Law, Zoning and Land Use, Employment Law, Civil Litigation, Estate Planning and Estate Administration and Transactional Law.
Prior to joining the firm, Michael engaged in private practice for 25 years as a Partner in the Doylestown firm of Clemons and Klimpl; before that time, Michael practiced law in New York City, specializing in commercial litigation in federal and state courts.He was a member of the Bucks County Solicitor’s Office beginning in 1984,and from 2012 to 2020 he served as County Solicitor, representing the interests of the County of Bucks, its Commissioners and various departments and agencies. His duties in this office included representation of the County in federal and state court for employment, civil rights and construction litigation, as well as insurance issues, contract procurement and land acquisition.

 

Michael has previously taught law courses at Temple University, Delaware Valley College, and Bucks County Community College, and presented at a seminar on land use planning. He has also been active in the Doylestown Athletic Association as a league director and coach.
