The law firm of Antheil, Maslow & MacMinn, LLP with offices in Princeton, New Jersey and Doylestown, Pennsylvania has announced that Donald B. Veix, Jr., a Partner in the firm, has successfully appealed the decision of the District Court of New Jersey in a significant Indian land title case. The United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in Philadelphia with Chief Judge Michel sitting by designation released a written opinion in favor of Veix’s client, the Stockbridge-Munsee Community Band of Mohican Indians on Tuesday, May 25, 2010.
