John D. Trainer, Of Counsel to the firm, will present a program on "Planning Your Estate" to the residents of Heritage Creek Retirement Community in Warminster on May 5, 2009.  John will cover a range of issues of importance in effective estate planning as well as topics related to Medicaid planning and long term care insurance.

John’s concentrates his legal practice in estate planning, estate administration and elder law for individual and corporate clients in Bucks and adjacent counties. John has taught law classes/seminars at Delaware Valley College, and has made numerous presentations on Estate Planning and Estate Administration.
