Tim's interest in Equine law developed because of the many equine professionals and enthusiast in his life, including his wife Susan White, a faculty member in the Equine Studies Department at Delaware Valley College. Tim lacks the talent required to compete in equestrian events, but enjoys the occasional ride and has great appreciation for those who are able to work and compete successfully with horses.
