Lisa Gaier helps individuals and families address their legal needs to protect their rights and preserve their assets as a member of our Family Law and Estates and Trusts practice groups. As a Domestic Relations practitioner, Lisa handles a variety of issues, including divorce, adoption, child support, alimony/spousal support, equitable distribution and child custody matters. As part of our Estates and Trusts group, Lisa is involved with estate planning including the drafting of Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Living Wills, as well as assisting with estate administration and Orphans’ Court matters, with a particular emphasis on guardianships.
Ms. Gaier has spent her life dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those around her. As the wife of a Lt. Colonel in the United States Marine Corps, Ms. Gaier helped establish a home school program at Andrews Air Force Base. She also developed and maintained a communication network between the military command and the families of military personnel, especially those serving our nation in foreign lands.
Ms. Gaier previously worked with the United States Attorney’s Office, for the District of New Jersey, and then served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office. Since leaving the District Attorney’s Office, Ms. Gaier has been a private practitioner in Family Law and Orphans’ Court matters.
