Tom has a passion for solving problems.  For over 20 years, he has provided practical, strategic advice to businesses and individuals seeking a skillful and knowledgeable advocate.  Tom brings a dynamic style and keen negotiating skills to every engagement.  The breadth of his litigation and transactional  experience gives Tom a unique perspective from which to address each client’s situation and creatively pursue potential avenues for resolution including, where necessary, litigation and alternative dispute resolution or, where appropriate, agreement.  Tom takes the time to understand each client’s objectives so that he can provide responsive, cost effective, yet comprehensive forward- thinking representation.  

Tom’s practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation and transactions. Throughout his career, he has undertaken the representation and served as trial counsel on behalf of both individual and corporate clients in subject matters concerning business and commercial disputes, fraud, contracts, business torts, employment agreements, breach of fiduciary duty, real estate and insurer bad faith.

Tom’s clients include individuals and businesses local to the Philadelphia area, as well as national corporations.  In commercial transactions, Tom is experienced in purchase and sale transactions, joint ventures, service and manufacturing agreements, real estate, non-profits and employment issues. Tom has also been appointed corporate receiver by order entered in the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas and entrusted with recovery and distribution of assets for the benefit of creditors.  Finally, Tom frequently applies his litigation and negotiating skills to the representation of individuals in personal injury cases, providing aggressive advocacy resulting in substantial recoveries for clients who have been harmed, physically, emotionally and economically by the carelessness of another.

Tom is an active member of the Bucks County Public Service Community.  In this regard, Tom has been appointed a lifetime member of the Board of Directors for the county United Way.  In addition, Tom is past President of the Bucks County Bar Association, past President of the Young Lawyers Division, and a member of the Board of Directors.
