Partners Don Veix and Susan Maslow are New Jersey natives.

Don Veix has over twenty-five years of experience, concentrating his practice in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Estate Litigation, Real Estate & Land Use, and Bankruptcy. He has served as legal counsel to a number of municipal zoning boards, and national real estate developers where he developed proficiency in all phases of land development, both commercial and residential.  Don has maintained a robust New Jersey practice over the course of his career and can navigate the New Jersey court system with ease.

Sue Maslow focuses her practice primarily in the areas of Business Transactions, Business Law, Private Finance, Real Estate, Contracts, and Non-Profit Law. She has extensive experience in representing companies with holdings spanning both Pennsylvania and New Jersey and has negotiated numerous significant transactions in New Jersey over the years.

Tom Donnelly Tom’s practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation and transactions. Throughout his career, he has undertaken the representation of both individual and corporate clients in subject matters concerning fraud, contracts, employment agreements, breach of fiduciary duty, real estate and insurer bad faith.

Mike Mills is devoted to helping businesses build and preserve value, and helping individuals preserve and protect their family wealth. Foundational to this mission is his concentration in the area of taxation, which impacts so much of business and personal financial planning. In representing businesses, this includes counseling clients on the tax aspects of business formation, financing, reorganization, and acquisition transactions, as well as business succession planning. With individual clients, this includes assistance with income tax planning, and planning for estate, inheritance, and other death taxes.
