Summary

Megan Weiler is a skilled advocate dedicated to guiding clients and their families through the challenging and emotionally fraught issues of family law. Megan knows what is at stake for people facing divorce, child custody, support and equitable distribution – and works to help her clients understand the process and make smart, practical choices to minimize the impact, and get the best possible outcome.

Megan’s practice focuses primarily in the area of domestic relations, handling all phases of the negotiation and litigation of cases including: divorce, equitable distribution, marital settlement agreements, child custody and parenting time issues, custody evaluations, spousal support/alimony, child support, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, protection from abuse and adoption. 

Before entering private practice, Megan served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Raymond F. McHugh of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas, after which she was an Assistant District Attorney with the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office. While working in the District Attorney’s Office, Megan prosecuted both felony and misdemeanor cases through all stages of the criminal justice system, including before judges and juries.  
 
Megan is a graduate of James Madison University and the Syracuse University College of Law, from which she graduated Magna Cum Laude. While attending law school, Megan served on Law Review, the University’s Moot Court team and was named a member of the Justinian Honorary Law Society, which is reserved for the recognition of the top 10% of law school graduates in the nation.
