Mike concentrates his practice primarily in the areas of Taxation, Family Wealth Preservation, Estate Planning and Administration, Estate and Trust Administration, Probate, Tax Litigation, Business Succession Planning, and the tax aspects of business formation, financing, reorganization, and acquisition transactions. Mike has worked predominantly with entrepreneurial businesses and medium to high net worth individuals. He has experience in public accounting as well as private law practice, and holds a Certified Public Accountant license.

Selected as a 2005 Pennsylvania Super Lawyer - Rising Star by Philadelphia Magazine, Mike has also received Martindale-Hubbell’s "AV" peer review rating, its highest rating. He frequently speaks to certified public accountants, financial advisors, and attorneys on tax, estate planning, and business topics. Additionally, he was Notes and Comments Editor, Rutgers Law Journal, 1991-1992, and has published articles in the areas of tax, estate planning, and business planning for publications including the Pennsylvania CPA Journal and the Rutgers Law Journal.

Mike is also active as a Member on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer of Bucks Association for Retarded Citizens, Inc.,  and as a Member on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer of the Central Bucks Family YMCA
