Additionally, Bill represents clients in the areas of corporate development, real estate development, health care, estate planning, estate administration and estate litigation, along with clients involved in start-up businesses, mezzanine level ventures and related financing transactions.
Bill is a frequent speaker to the CPA community, and has been a lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute on business and immigration topics. He is also active as a founder, officer, board member and counsel to several Central Bucks non-profits, charities and church groups.
