• Confronting underhanded tactics in divorce when large amounts of money are at stake
• Managing custody for an estranged or alienated parent
• Setting clients’ expectations
• Avoiding issues with cohabitation
“It is no secret that ‘Bravolebrities,’ people who are famous for appearing on a Bravo reality TV show, have had all kinds of legal troubles over the years, specifically with their relationships and business endeavors,” said Wender.
“These public disputes provide us with plenty of one-liners and memes,” added Bothwell. “However, there are also valuable family and business law lessons in almost every headline.”
The program at the Bucks County Bar Association will be followed by a Bravo-themed Happy Hour following the final CLE session.
