Christopher Wagner is an experienced, results-driven business law attorney with a comprehensive understanding of the many factors and risks which business owners must navigate in order to successfully operate a commercial enterprise.  With a keen business acumen developed from over twelve years of accounting and financial experience in a variety of industries including e-commerce, real estate, healthcare, and insurance, Mr. Wagner is well positioned to provide valuable and cost-effective insights and solutions to his clients. Chris utilizes his business, accounting, and financial knowledge to help his clients achieve their respective business goals to advance productivity and growth, while minimizing potential risks.

Mr. Wagner works with business owners on a wide range of matters including, business formation, drafting and negotiating a variety of business contracts, corporate governance matters, mergers and acquisitions, business owner disputes (Business Divorce) matters, commercial financing transactions and agreements, and non-compete agreements and other employment related documents. He also advises clients about their rights and obligations regarding the complex and frequently changing federal, state and local laws and regulations which affect the workplace. His real estate practice includes commercial real estate matters focusing on privately held businesses including commercial leasing, purchase and sale of commercial real estate, capital-raising transactions, and commercial real estate dispute litigation.

In addition to business transactional matters, Mr. Wagner counsels his clients on a variety of commercial litigation matters. Chris’s unique combination of business, transactional, and litigation skills allows him to provide comprehensive strategic legal advice to business owners.

Mr. Wagner holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh (1997) and received his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law (Evening Division) (2005). He is admitted to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Bar and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
