Jessica Pritchard is a skillful and experienced advocate dedicated to providing supportive, practical and comprehensive representation to clients facing the most sensitive of legal issues, those affecting family, home and personal assets. Ms. Pritchard focuses her practice exclusively in the area of family law, where she handles all phases of the negotiation and litigation of domestic relations cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony/spousal support, equitable distribution, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
Ms. Pritchard is an active member of several professional and charitable organizations. She previously served as the assistant solicitor for the Bucks County Department of Mental Health and Developmental Programs and as a member of the Bucks County Mental Health and Developmental Programs Advisory Board. As the mother of a child with special needs, Ms. Pritchard has an interest in the local human services community having previously served on the Board of Directors at the Lenape Valley Foundation.
As a dedicated member of the Bucks County Bar Association (“BCBA”), Ms. Pritchard served on its Board of Directors eventually being elected President of the BCBA in 2018. After her tenure as President, she moved to the Board of Trustees for the charitable arm of the BCBA known as the Bucks County Bar Foundation (“BCBF”). Ms. Pritchard served as President of the BCBF from 2020 through 2022.
Ms. Pritchard previously represented military veterans free of charge through the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Lawyers Saluting Veterans Program, which is coordinated through the Pro Bono Office and Military Veterans’ Affairs Committee.
Ms. Pritchard is a frequent speaker regarding a variety of family law matters for the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section, Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the Bucks County Bar Association. She has also published articles for the Pennsylvania Family Lawyer, a publication of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
