Invoice Payment

Existing clients wishing to pay an invoice they have received should enter the Invoice Number as it appears on the invoice, along with the amount being paid.

You should be aware that a 2.95% percent fee will be assessed on all credit card payments made to Antheil Maslow & MacMinn, LLP, which amount represents a portion of the provider charges imposed upon Antheil Maslow & MacMinn, LLP by Law Pay for processing the credit card payments. 

For your convenience, we also offer fee-free online payment options, including eCheck and debit cards.

Retainer for New & Existing Clients, & Initial Consultation Fees

Existing clients may replenish their retainer by clicking on the link below. New clients may also make a retainer payment online. The submission of a retainer payment does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Credit card payment notice: 
For payment of invoices, please note that by selecting credit, you agree to pay a 2.95% convenience fee.  There is no fee charged for credit card payment of retainers.  

Due to bank processing times, it may take 2-3 days before your account reflects your payment. Your use of these links to pay your legal fees and costs via credit card constitutes your acceptance of the amounts reflected on the invoices previously issued to you and also constitutes your authorization for the payment of such amounts via the credit card charge. This agreement confirms your authorization in the event of an attempted chargeback or charge dispute by you. Please note that Antheil Maslow & MacMinn, LLP will not maintain any record of your personal data, including but not limited to your credit card number or other identifying information. The protection of all of your personal data, as well as compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) regulations, will be done by the LawPay network.
