Antheil Maslow & MacMinn, LLP (AMM Law) is seeking an experienced and highly organized Coordinator – Corporate Law Department to support our corporate law practice. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of the department by coordinating client service, administrative functions, compliance activities, and legal support workflows. The Coordinator serves as an operational resource to the Department Chair and works closely with attorneys, staff, and firm administration. This position will also provide hands-on legal support.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of paralegal/legal administrative experience, and possess exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills. A working knowledge of corporate governance, business entities, and compliance requirements is preferred. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and document management systems and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a professional services environment. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to process improvement are essential.
