Attorney — Estates & Trusts Practice

Vibrant, collegial, and collaborative Doylestown law firm seeks an experienced attorney to join its sophisticated Estates and Trusts practice.

The position will focus significantly on estate planning, with an emphasis on tax planning and transactional matters involving closely held businesses, real estate interests, and other complex assets. The attorney will also handle estate and trust administration matters and will have meaningful opportunities for direct client interaction.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sophisticated estate planning and wealth preservation strategies, including Federal Estate, Gift, and Generation-Skipping Transfer (GST) Tax planning; business succession planning and related business/transactional tax matters; and general estate planning and estate and trust administration.

Strong academic credentials are required. An LL.M. in Taxation, current pursuit of an LL.M. in Taxation, a CPA designation, or other meaningful tax background is preferred.

Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is required. Admission to the New Jersey, New York, and/or Florida Bars is a plus. Portable business is not required.
