Summary

Gabe Montemuro is a dedicated litigator who helps business clients resolve disputes quickly and efficiently. He represents clients in contract claims, commercial litigation, real estate disputes, and a broad range of other civil matters. Gabe also works with insurance companies and underwriters on complex coverage determinations.

Gabe brings a measured approach to every engagement, while acting as a strong advocate who protects his clients inside and outside of the courtroom. Gabe knows that every legal matter involves sensitive and complex issues; and his attention to detail is a valuable asset for those he represents.   His primary goal is to provide clients with the peace of mind that can only come from an advocate who is capable of, and committed to, protecting and serving their best interests.

After attending Saint Joseph’s University and Villanova Law School, Gabe returned to his Doylestown roots to live and practice law. Prior to joining AMM, Gabe clerked for the Honorable James M. McMaster of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas. Outside of work, Gabe is an avid fisherman and enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and son.
