Lisa helps her corporate clients implement strategies and find creative solutions during all stages of owning a business. She advises corporate clients on a broad range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital raising events, business separations, and corporate governance.

Lisa has played an instrumental role in many significant transactions since joining AMM in 2021. For example, she helped lead and ran due diligence for the successful sale of a life science services company’s stock to a foreign buyer including significant roll-over equity. Lisa also helped lead and handled due diligence in the successful sale of a portion of a retail chain to a publicly traded buyer in a transaction with complex tax, licensing, and inventory issues. She represented the buyer in the successful strategic acquisition of a company in the hospitality industry.

Additionally, Lisa has experience in business succession planning, management buyouts, estate planning, non-profit corporations, and private placements. She regularly negotiates and prepares operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and partnership agreements.

Lisa was selected to the list of Super Lawyers® Rising Stars for 2020 - 2024.
