AMM Law Partners Present Ethics CLE at Bucks County Bar Association

Four partners at Antheil Maslow & MacMinn, LLP (AMM Law), Lisa Bothwell, Gabriel Montemuro, Jessica Pritchard and Elaine Yandrisevits will join other presenters at a Continuing Legal Education program hosted by the Bucks County Bar Association from 9 AM – 1:00 PM, Tuesday, May 13th, 2025. The CLE, entitled “Bridge the Gap 2025” is a hybrid course, and will be offered in person at the BCBA headquarters in Doylestown, or virtually, (for connection information, please rsvp). Bridge the Gap 2025 offers four (4) ethics credits. AMM Law partner Melanie Wender served as the program organizer for this CLE. Wender is a family law attorney, focusing on Domestic Relations and Adoption.

The course objectives are to familiarize newly admitted attorneys in understanding how to: conduct themselves professionally as a lawyer; interact and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, jurors and court officials in an appropriate manner that is in line with the Rules of Professional Conduct and the Code of Civility; manage their practice in an appropriate manner that is in line with the Rules of Professional Conduct; know the purpose and functions of the Disciplinary Board, and know resources available to lawyers. Although this course is mandatory for newly admitted attorneys, experienced attorneys can also benefit from this seminar! This course is designed to utilize a blended learning approach.

Lisa Bothwell advises business clients on capital raises, business succession planning, business separations, joint ventures, phantom interest plans, and corporate governance. She is a trusted advisor to her clients and acts as outside general counsel to many family-owned businesses and start-up ventures in various industries. She regularly negotiates and prepares operating agreements, partnership agreements, and shareholder agreements, and represents clients in estate planning and nonprofit law.

Gabriel Montemuro practices commercial and general litigation. Gabe regularly helps business clients resolve disputes quickly and efficiently. He represents clients in contract claims, commercial litigation, real estate disputes, and a broad range of other civil matters.

Jessica Pritchard focuses her practice exclusively in the area of family law, where she handles all phases of the negotiation and litigation of domestic relations cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony/spousal support, equitable distribution, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. She is a frequent speaker regarding a variety of family law matters for area Bar Associations and community organizations.

Elaine Yandrisevits concentrates her practice on estate planning, trusts and estate administration and Orphans’ Court litigation matters with a focus on special needs trust planning and guardianships. She is a frequent speaker on estate planning, estate administration, and special needs planning for continuing legal education and community organizations
