Thomas Donnelly Joins Panel at Bucks County Bar Association Business Law Institute

AMM Law Partner and Business attorney Thomas P. Donnelly will join Judge Jeffrey Trauger, Judge Jordon Yeager, and Jeffrey DiAmico, Esquire to present “Receivership Proceedings & Administration” at the Bucks County Bar Association’s upcoming 8th Annual Business Law Institute.    This seminar will explore the legal and practical aspects of actions to appoint a Receiver pursuant to PA law, the considerations of litigants and the Court in any action to appoint a Receiver, the terms of an appropriate order of appointment and the practical aspects of administering or dealing with a Receivership estate.   This Continuing Legal Education course offers one substantive credit, and will be offered during  Session #1 of the Business Law Institute at 8:30 – 9:30 am Thursday May 14th .  The course is offered in person at BCBA Headquarters, or virtually by zoom.  Here is a link to register.
