This seminar will explore the legal and practical aspects of actions to appoint a Receiver pursuant to PA law, the considerations of litigants and the Court in any action to appoint a Receiver, the terms of an appropriate order of appointment and the practical aspects of administering or dealing with a Receivership estate. This Continuing Legal Education course offers one substantive credit, and will be offered during Session #1 of the Business Law Institute at 8:30 – 9:30 am Thursday May 14th .
