AMM Law Business Attorneys to Present at BCBA Business Law Institute

Three attorneys from Antheil Maslow & MacMinn’s Business & Finance Practice Group will present a business law update on current and emerging trends in mergers and acquisitions at the Bucks County Bar Association’s upcoming 8th Annual Business Law Institute.

Peter J. Smith, Samuel J. DeStefano II, and Abraham V. Frangie will present the course, “M&A 2026 and Beyond.” The program will include discussion of historical data from recent M&A deal studies regarding the current mergers and acquisitions landscape, including who is buying and selling, sell-side strategies in the lower to middle market, and key provisions commonly found in M&A agreements.

This Continuing Legal Education course offers one substantive credit and will be presented during Session #3 of the Business Law Institute from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 14. The course will be offered both in person at BCBA Headquarters and virtually via Zoom.

Peter J. In his litigation practice, Abraham is focused on supporting business owners facing legal challenges in civil litigation matters including: business disputes, shareholder/partnership conflicts, contract disputes, buy-sell agreement conflicts, and real estate litigation.
