Summary

Jennifer Dickerson is committed to a career focused on helping individuals and their families navigate the complicated and emotionally charged issues of family law. Her practice focuses exclusively in the area of domestic relations, handling all phases of the negotiation and litigation of cases including: divorce, equitable distribution, child custody, spousal support/alimony, child support, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and protection from abuse. Jennifer is a responsive and empathetic advocate for her clients, and enjoys helping them emerge from this difficult process with the best possible outcome for their future. She believes in thorough preparation and continuous communication at every step of the legal process as means for achieving the best outcome. 

Prior to joining Antheil Maslow & MacMinn, Jennifer worked as a staff attorney with Bucks County Domestic Relations Office, gaining fluency in the full range of operations of that administrative court. Ms. Dickerson served as a Judicial Law Clerk for three years to the Honorable Judge Alan M. Rubenstein in the Family Law Division of Bucks County Court of Common Pleas. In this capacity, she conducted legal research on various family law matters, drafted and prepared judicial opinions in cases including child custody and support, as well as civil and criminal matters
